Tomer was a great agent to work with. He had shown me one unit in my current building that sold very quickly but followed up as soon as my unit opened up! I felt lucky to be the first one to view the unit and Tomer made it very easy for me to apply and be approved for the apartment. In the midst of the NYC summertime rental shuffle, I found myself suddenly in need of a new apartment, and I was very glad to meet Tomer Hatuka. I’m not a fabulously wealthy person looking at high-end listings, yet he took my need and interest to heart, helping me through a fast and furious application process. When I hit a pretty serious bump, he backed me and helped me pivot to a solution quickly and reassuringly. Tomer did an amazing job securing a great apartment for me! I was moving from out of state, which makes the whole apartment search so much more complicated, but Tomer made the entire process completely pain free. He was upfront and straightforward about requirements, condition of the apartment, any issues, and he had excellent communication with the leasing office. I had such a great experience with Tomer. He helped me find the perfect apartment -literally exactly what I wanted (bright and spacious). He was honest, kind and professional. He answered all my questions, let me come back with my family to see the place, and made me feel completely supported. Truly a seamless process, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I had an absolutely amazing experience with Tomer. For the first time I was moving out into my own apartment and Tomer made the process amazing. First and foremost, without him I wouldn’t have gotten the apartment. He went above and beyond to make sure I secured the apartment I wanted.
